This was the view last Friday night. Spectacular, Huh? Even Sophie was caught in the warm glow of the setting sun. She seemed to grasp that something special was happening.
Stiff fabric on Left, soft and limp on the Right. I would like to find a source for making my own finch thistle socks. I think it is a polyester something. I have two different kinds. One is very stiff and rigid while those shown in the pictures feel like the mesh laundry bags but a finer weave. It has to hold the teeny tiny nyjer thistle seed. So if anyone knows, please point me in the right direction . thanks and have a great Father's Day weekend. I am readying my 'Shiny Bubble' for her first trip away from home ~ the Fourth of July celebration. I have completed the slightly padded cornice boards above the windows. Now I can move on to the curtains. Keep it real, Patsy
